![]() NASA TV The pair fitted the Canadian-built Dextre robotic arm with a "tool belt," cameras and other accessories during a 6 hour 53 minutes excursion that finished at 1:44 a.m. EDT. Linnehan and Garrett Reisman installed the first component of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency’s Kibo laboratory on a day 4 spacewalk. Linnehan and Mission Specialist Mike Foreman had assembled and installed the Dextre robotic arm on day 6 of the mission. The STS-123 mission has reached the halfway mark, with two space walks remaining. These will be primarily be occupied with maintenance of the ISS.
